2020 - 2022

Tenda Vogue was a project I created with the aim of promoting the maintenance, visibility and expansion of the actions of the Ballroom Scene in Campinas. Through artistic and cultural activities and experiences with vogue dance, the project brought new possibilities for art, culture and entertainment to areas of the city with little cultural offering. In addition, it was a way to bring the LGBTQIA+ population closer to the communities to which they belong, opening spaces for dialogue, affection and awareness about experiences outside the hegemonic standard. It was a joint proposal with the Houses of Campinas, with six editions, held throughout the years of 2021 and 2022. It was an incredible experience of unity and resistance, which contributed to strengthening and expanding the visibility of this rich culture in the interior of the state of São Paulo.
